Blade: The single edged blade has a long false edge, and has been hand forged from 1095 high carbon steel, water quenched with a clay coating for an active temper line, and been polish and etched and then given a deep mustard patina.

Handle: Thee handle has been hand carved from walnut, with deeply incised La Tene style motifs.

Mounts: The handle has been fitted with forged copper ferrules at each end, with the top ferrule set with a disc of Highland Red Deer stag’s antler.

Sheath: The blade is protected by a hand stitched and wet moulded leather scabbard, with in-woven belt loops.
